At Vice Golf, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your premium equipment; if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unused items, including all original packaging and tags, securely into the shipping box to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
